Fernando Ribas del Río
FRdR is the veterinarian founder of the Clinic Veterinarian San Jorge. Graduate in Veterinary Medicine by the Veterinarian Faculty of Zaragoza in 1992. He stayed in this Faculty specializing on the surgery field and expanded his academic background doing stays in different clinics. In the 1997 founded the Clínica Veterinaria San Jorge and since then he kept working on his education in different fields such as Internal Medicine and Surgery, specializing in Traumatology, Orthopaedics, Neurology and soft tissues surgery, performing the most complex interventions in those fields.
Always having an eye out for the latest technologies he took a chance on image diagnosis implementing systems of Digital Radiology, Ultrasonography, Rigid and Flexible Endoscopy, Magnetic Resonance and finally a Surgical Microscope to improve all the services of the clinic. Member of AVEPA, GEVO, GEMFE, GGA and with an extended record of courses, always showed interest for keep learning and improve all the facets of Veterinary Medicine.
Gemma is a veterinarian in the Veterinarian Faculty of Murcia, expanding her knowledge doing stays in the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona (UAB).She does consultation, surgery, internment and laboratory. Gemma is specialist in Equine Medicine, bringing the necessary treatments for these big animals receive the best care around the island.
Ester is a qualified Veterinary’s assistant, She does internment works, helps with surgery and consultations. She is in charge of internment area in our centre, deliver the prescribed treatments and care of the interned pets, making sure of minimize the stress levels of the animals during their stay and recovery as fast as possible to return to their home.
Reyes is a qualified Veterinary’s assistant, dog trainer and specialist on animals behaviour. In our centre she helps in consultation and focus in the cats care with therapies of behaviour modification. Reyes cooperates with the Vets in our clinics to make sure the therapiesof behaviour modification are effective and improve the relationship between animals and their owners.
